House Rules
Welcome to The Crystal Casita!
We are so glad you have decided to book with us! Our goal is to ensure you have a 5-star stay and choose to book with us again in the future.
Please be respectful to the house and those around you. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. In this section you will find details about our house rules.
HOUSE RULES
We have a few house rules you should be aware.
1.) BOOKING: Must be 25+ to book and must be a member of the group staying at the property. All guests must be 25+, except children accompanied by their parents. Booking guest must be verified through AirBnB with a Government Issued ID and provide host with a front copy of drivers license and a list of names and ages of the guests in their group before check-in. Your door code will not be activated until we receive this information.
2.) PETS
We have a STRICT NO PETS ALLOWED policy!!! Owner has a pet allergy! If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250/PET and you will be asked to leave!
3.) SMOKING
No Smoking/Vaping allowed Inside the cabin. Smoking Outside is permissible. Do not toss your butts/ filters onto the premises. If you smoke inside, you will be charged an additional fee of $250 and be asked to leave.
4.) PARTIES
No parties. If neighbors advise me there is a party taking place, you will be immediately evicted and will forfeit your security deposit and unused rental night(s).
5.) PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Items left behind after check-out are not the responsibility of the homeowner.
6.) INJURIES and STAIRS
Please be careful on the stairs and watch your step. DO NOT RUN OR HORSEPLAY INSIDE THE HOUSE. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of harm arising from their use of the premises.
7.) PLUMBING
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets, including "flushable wipes". No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged the cost of repairs which is $600.
8.) TRASH
Place trash in the proper garbage receptacles located under the house. TRASH DAY IS TWCE A WEEK ON MONDAYS/THURSDAYS. If the garbage receptacles are overflowing, please take your trash to a drop off center.
9.) REFUNDS
Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, TV’s, Wi-Fi or appliances. Please report any inoperative equipment to the owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. NO refunds will be made due to failure of appliances, equipment or amenities. NO refunds for early departures NO refund for delayed arrival. NO Refunds for breaking any house rules and being asked to leave.
10.) SECURITY
We have a Ring Doorbell Security Camera at the front entrance AND by the garage, and NO indoor cameras. DO NOT COVER THE RING DOORBELL CAMERA. If you do, we will assume you are breaking our house rules and will ask you to leave.
